Dr. Bentivegna and Staff provide a stellar atmosphere from the moment one enters office and exists. Questions are answered, phone calls are returned in a timely fashion and wait time is under 15 min. We are totally pleased with his services.

He is caring, down to earth, optimistic, and has charitable projects in Haiti. I noticed disabled and elderly patients tthere. I think he specializes in eye problems rather than ordinary check ups. He is soon opening a computer cam eyeglass service with thousands of online options.

Rushes through his eye exams. Does not do special exams for macular degeneration. Told me for a couple years not to worry. I saw another ophthalmologist and he rushed me to a specialist because the situation was critical. Dr. Bentivegna does not fully explain issues that can come from cataract surgery. My sight, thanks to Dr. B and the surgeon he recommended is not good and cannot be improved - I wish I had never met the man or listened to him.

Had a 10:00 appt with him. Waited in an ice cold patient room for an hour past my appt time. Heard him going into other rooms and examining other patients who came in after me. Very disappointed. I left without seeing him. Don't know if I will go back.

Dr. Bentivegna was incredibly professional and compassionate. He was able to take me in last minute for not only an eye exam, but took the time to fit me with contacts and show me how to put them in and take them out. He was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Bentivegna also noticed I had a cyst on my eyelid, which he removed the same day without any pain and I have no scar from it! I was amazed! He is incredibly talented and I highly and confidently recommend him!

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Bendivegna and I find him extremely knowledgeable, hard working and kind. When it came time for cataract surgery, I was extremely apprehensive. With his reassurance, I not only got 20/20 vision back, but couldn't believe how much better I saw colors on my t.v.! The Dr's staff is always welcoming and happy to see each and every patient. I highly recommend this doctor's office. Tim Kelliher
