Dr. Juan Hurtarte, MD

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Ruiz and felt compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing and distressing encounter. Dr. Ruiz lacked any semblance of bedside manner, coming across as unprofessional and curt throughout our interaction. From the moment I walked into the consultation room, it was clear that Dr. Ruiz had little interest in addressing my concerns or making me feel comfortable. His demeanor was abrupt, and he seemed irritated by my questions, offering terse and dismissive responses. This behavior is particularly alarming considering he was supposed to perform a delicate procedure involving a needle in my spine.Trust is paramount when dealing with such critical medical procedures, and Dr. Ruiz failed to establish any sense of it. His lack of empathy and unprofessionalism left me feeling anxious and uncertain about the treatment. I would strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere, where compassion and professionalism are

I cannot recommend this MD due to his insensitivity and failure to provide any real pain relief.
