Had knee surgery and hip injection, per his suggestions. Spent more time in his waiting room and waiting in the room, than I did in the OR. So needless to say his bedside manner and use of his time is less than desirable. I felt unseen and unheard, for my condition at 34 yrs old and 4 previous surgeries. I will not be going back, due to the surgery not being effective and just ending up with another non effective cortisone shot to the knee, weeks after the surgery.

Dr. Unverferth and his assistants have have always been terrific in every way in the 12+ years he has been my physician. There is only one other orthopedic surgeon in Ohio that is on the same plain as Dr. Unverferth. I speak not only as his patient but as a clinician and forensic physician who has reviewed and testified in hundreds of cases involving alleged physician misconduct.

Not happy my first visit I waited over 1 45 minutes had X-rays then waited another 30 minutes and he wrote in his notes “ I am at loss” so we did a MRI so I went back for results and waited another hour and half just for him to read me the report and basically said there is nothing wrong come back in 6 months. Spent maybe 7-10 minutes.

Dr. Kurt Unverferth did my knee surgery 6 years ago. Just had my five year checkup every thing went great. Dr. Unverferth answered all my and my husband's questions. Everyone at Orthopedic ONE are wonderful.
