I waited 1 1/2 hrs to see him for a 2 min visit, literally. He had a PA question me, but he never did anything himself. My foot pain was blown off and as he left the room, he said "learn how to walk right". Very rude and condescending. Won't be going back and will not be recommending him for anything.

Dr. Jones performed the arthroscopic surgery for my rotator cuff and torn bicep surgery. He is very thorough and after just 6 months I have 95% of my original range of motion. Anther doctor did my other surgery 6 years ago and it was an open procedure and it took well over a year to regain range of motion. Dr Jones and his PA Barton Poole were awesome to work with.

On my initial visit I was first examined by a physicians assistant, saw Dr. Jones for less than 5 minutes and given an injection by the PA. On my 2nd visit I waited 2 hours without an acknowledgement from staff. When Dr. Jones finally came in to the exam room, he did not seem interested in my concerns and I felt rushed. I decided to try a 3rd time to follow up on MRI results, and left the office after a 45 minute wait. I will find another physician.

Dr. Jones and his PA Barton have exceeded my expectations in treatment of a trimal ORIF with dislocation. From the consultation, to surgery to follow ups; everything has been explained clearly and as expected. Incredibly prompt in responding to questions and I feel that I received a much higher level of care than I would have received elsewhere. Would recommend to family and friends.
