I recently had the pleasure of being under Dr. Nathalie Bastein's care, which was a stark contrast to my previous negative experience with Dr. Hubert Cantave and some of his staff. Dr. Bastein's approach was refreshingly positive and patient-centered. She took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.Her genuine commitment to personalized care was evident, as she addressed my concerns with empathy and understanding. Her bedside manner was exemplary, making me feel at ease and confident in her abilities. I highly recommend Dr. Bastein to anyone seeking a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional.

I have had 4 different primary doctors since my doctor of 30+ year history, retired. 'Dr. B' is an outstanding, thorough and honest doctor. Her assistants and staff are excellent as well. I would highly recommend her.

Doctor is thorough, listens to your concerns and questions and answers them to your satisfaction. She doesn't rush you or make you feel like your impinging on her time. The staff is excellent and assists you in any way they can.

Dr. B is so kind. She really talks to me like I'm a person and not just another patient. She takes the time to listen to me and remember what I say. I have never had a doctor that is personable and caring.

Once again...Dr's office staff were professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Bastien, however, was, as she always is....warm, caring...besides being a wonderful doctor. She actually LISTENS to her patients and HEARS what they are saying, One never gets the feeling of being "talked down" to....always a pleasure to see her.

Dr. Bastien-Montpeirous was very warm and a very good listener. From my first meeting her, I knew I was in competent and caring hands.

She has no hospital affiliation therefore you are treated by unknown hospitalists. Good luck in getting through that situation, as there is NO CONTACT with your physician.

Dr Bastien is a great doctor. As well as going through everything medically with me, she got to know me personally and made me feel like a friend instead of a patient.

One of the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever met in my life. I was stunned by how much she knew about the medication I was taking on our first visit. She is more knowledgeable in psychiatric medications than most psychiatrists I have encountered. There is nothing that she doesn't know lol. Everyone was so pleasant until I needed a referral. Tabitha wrote incorrect referrals for Boca Orthopedics, wrong form, wrong extremities and was very rude to staff at Boca Orthopedics. Dr. Nathalie never called my pharmacy (whose number she asked me for) to refillprescriptions. Called office today, (it's been a week) was told by Tabitha the office manager that refills and referrals were annoying and that I was welcomed to change my Dr. I am a 55 year old woman who had to change my primary.

Excellent Doctor!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. She utilizes her time wisely to make sure all of your questions and concerns are answered. Great bedside manners. I highly recommend her!!!

Can't say enough good things about Dr Nathalie Bastien-Montpeirous and her staff. What an amazing physician and office. So kind and understanding. Lucky enough to find Dr Nathalie when I recently moved to Florida. My health had deteriorated quickly and she was very thorough in listening/testing to get to the route of the problem. Turned out I needed surgery. She recommend an excellent local surgeon and has followed up during my recovery etc. I highly recommend her. Caring and highly qualified!

Dr. Bastien goes above and beyond. She works with compassion, she is human, and that is not something you find in a doctor. She is trustworthy, goes out of her way. I cannot explain in the correct words how happy i am to have her as my PCP

I was new to the Lake Worth area and did a lot of research online to find a doctor. Dr. Brastien's reviews caught my attention and I have to say that every one was right on. She takes the time to listen and explain her thinking when discussing a diagnosis. Her office staff is extremely nice and always accommodating which is hard to find these days.
