Dr. Holland saved our father's life. Two years ago we took our father to the emergency room with his blood full of toxins. He only has one kidney from birth and it was not funtioning very well. The treatment involved was so precise and correct that one week later we took our father home with a special diet and physical therapy. Our father is 92 years old and last Christmas he traveled with us to Spain. My sister, my brother in law, my nephew and me decided to change our general physician and we all go to Dr. Holland today. He is not only very knowledgable and professional, but he REALLY cares about his patients.

Great doctor / questionable organization - in a town full of PCP’s, Neal Holland stands above the rest. Clinically he’s significantly well above average and you would be hard pressed to find better care. Personable to a fault, thorough and compassionate, he’s clearly being limited by an organization that seems to be hell bent on making his job as difficult as possible. UF, as many medical organizations today is all about the jumpers and slamming him with an overwhelming patient load works against his natural desire to put his patients first. Between his time at the IM clinic, the hospital, his students and residents I don’t think he ever sleeps. How he manages to keep track of what is going on with his patients is baffling but he seems to manage. UF would serve their patients better by moderating his load but of course that would affect revenue and it’s all about the Benjamin’s here. Still, if you can get in, he’s one of the finest providers they have. Best 12.5 minutes you’ll spend.

Dr. Holland is the most amazing and caring Dr. I could of ever found here in Gainesville, Fl. I am from Ohio and come here for a few months in the Winter months and make all my check ups with him while I am down here. I just love this man. He is the most caring individual I have ever seen in a Dr. I have an appointment this month and he will make sure that I am all taken care of and in good health before I head back to Ohio. Can't say enough good things about this Dr.

Dr. Holland became my primary physician after I suffered a bleeding ulcer and was hospitalized last Sept. I was so impressed with his attitude and thoughtful treatment that I decided to leave my primary in Live Oak and switch to Dr. Holland even though it means a 150 mile round trip each time I have an appt. It is worth the inconvenience of a long drive knowing that the treatment you receive will be first rate. I would recommend Dr. Holland to anyone seeking top notch medical care.

Incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable physician. I recently needed to change PCP's and I was advised to try out Dr. Holland and it's been the best decision I've made. Highly recommend this guy, knows his stuff, listens and makes the whole experience a positive one. Other Dr.'s could learn a lot from him and how to provide a comfort level in managing your health issues.
