I had quite the opposite experience as K. in Wethersfield CT did with Dr. Albergo and his office staff. Dr. Albergo was compassionate, honest and kind to me. Some patients take longer than others because of a procedure being done in the office. If I was having a procedure, especially anywhere near my eyes, I would want Dr. Albergo to take the time to "chat" with me to calm my nerves or answers my many questions! There are always 2 sides to every story (or on-line review)!

I was very impressed with my first eye exam I have family history of glaucoma and was educated on the optic nerve and evaluated thoroughly . Dr. Albergo and his staff were very professional and welcoming. I also like seeing familiar faces each time I go in for an appointment!

I would definitely recommend Doctor Albergo, I went to see Dr.Albergo for the first time I had never seen a eye doctor before this visit and didn't know what to expect and Dr. Albergo took the time to explain to me in detail. I love the experience and will return to my annual check up.

After arriving on time for an appointment I then had to listen to the doctor chat with a friend in the next room for the next 25 minutes. Needless to say I walked out and won't be going back. Totally unprofessional.
