Dr Melaragno is the best. He is very knowledgeable and understanding of your concerns. He never pushes surgery but always makes sure you understand the facts. He has replaced both of my knees over a six year period. I wouldn’t have gone to anyone else. His PA Brian Hollingsworth and receptionist Tammy are outstanding. A great working team ready to help with questions and concerns.

Dr. Melaragno is a very gifted and talented surgeon. He did my total knee replacement surgery. And I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Dr. Melaragno to anyone who is in need of surgery. He is very carin and personable and wants you to have the best outcome possible!

Everyone in Dr. Paul Melaragno office was professional and very kind and helpful. I was very comfortable, no stress at all.
And Dr. Paul Melaragno is a wonderful Doctor. He didn't rush me thru, he took his time explaining everything to me and my Husband. I am having knee replacement surgery and very happy Dr. Melaragno is going to take care of me. ??

I had a great experience with my LTKR and Dr. Melaragno. I really can’t think of a negative except that it’s a TKR. I did the prehab exercises and followed the instructions In Dr. Melaragno’s surgical guidebook. So very helpful.
The entire team both at Ortho One and at the hospital were kind and generous with their time as well as incredibly professional. I had such a positive experience and I was terrified beforehand. This is a difficult surgery but I’m confident that I made the right decision in choosing Dr. Melaragno and his highly skill surgical team.

I had full knee replacement on both knees 4 weeks apart. With the quality work of Dr. Melaragno and my in home and Opthopedic One therapist I was able to have my full range of motion back in both knees within 4 weeks of my second surgery! Thanks, Dr Mel!!!
