Rude Front Desk Help -- Poor Service
The woman who handles Dr. Strutz' calls is rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Everything is a problem with her. If you ask her to do anything extra, she will punish you because she has to do some actual work. She hung up on me because I asked her to speak nicely and to stop yelling at me. Strutz doesn't work a full schedule and it takes a very long time to get any answers if you get a response at all. Stay away at your own peril -- you've been warned.

Dr. Peter Strutz, Fallbrook, CA, has been my doctor for over 15 years. He has always helped with any medical problems I had, or just information I needed. He is easy to talk to, and always responds to phone messages I leave.
