Unbelievably Bad Experience
Went in to get CTA scan. Physician's Assistant came in, performed preliminary tests and left the room. A couple minutes later Dr Ramaswamy came in, performed the same tests, asked why Primary Care Physician sent me to him. Never got the CTA scan, told would be scheduled in about 4 weeks. Am 84 years old with (was told) had aneurism in carotid artery. Could die in that length of time. Never going back again.

I had a bad experience with Dr. Ramawamy's office. There were surgical scheduling and communication errors. There was no contact between the pre-op appt and the date of surgery. Presurgery steps were missed. The scheduler did not tell the OR of my surgery, so it was not added to their schedule. As a result, my experience was very frustrating. Most importantly, I did not have the surgery. As a result, I do not recommend? this office. Surgery is too important to have these errors.
