Dr. B. is careful, precise, and professional.
Highly recommend her. Has been my dermatologist for over 25 years. She readily refers to plastic surgeons and Mohs doctors when cancer-related surgeries are needed on the face or other difficult areas.

Arrived late for my daughter's appointment. Told we would have to reschedule despite the fact that there were no other patients in the office. The next available appointment would be until nearly eight weeks in the future. The desk staff were unfriendly and uncaring. Never going back.

I went to Dr. Berkowitz for several years. I am sorry to see some less than flattering reviews. She is a wonderful diagnostician which is the most important. She is professional and very caring. I think some of the comments are from patients who need hand holding I highly recommend her I have moved from the area Never had issues with the office. 30 plus years

I had my second appointment with Dr. Berkowitz today. She lacks EMPATHY. NONE. I am a medical student and we had an entire class on patient-doctor interaction and she did not take my concerns into consideration and does not like to be told that "she might be wrong" which in todays time a lot of doctors misdiagnose. I started crying due to my condition - she did not care and said "well I guess you should go see another dermatologist then."

Absolutely abhorrent clerical and administrative staff here. Without getting into too much detail, they screwed up appointments on multiple occasions and refused to stick by the times we were given. Steer far clear of this "outfit"

I've been a patient of Dr. Berkowitz since 2001 when she diagnosed me. She's one of the most caring yet professional practitioners I have ever worked with. She correctly diagnosed another disorder of mine after my general practitioner, an experienced and good Dr., missed it. Her support staff over the years has always been up-beat and helpful. I called today to cancel an appointment an hour before and was told "no problem". In 16 years I've never had the "wait in the hall" experience...

I had an appt. today at 2:30. It was the first appointment and I wasn't sure of where the office was so I got there at about 2:10. The door was locked so I knocked and one of the nurses came out and I told her since I was a new patient I got there early. She said that they were having lunch. I asked if I could wait in the waiting room right beyond the door, and she got annoyed and said no. She expected me to wait in the hall. So I left and would never go back. How rude and inconsiderate.
