Thank God and Dr. R. Jackson 41 yrs walking.
In 1983 I was hospitalized unable to walk, In horrific pain, my condition dismal at best. My trusted, and very highly acclaimed Orthopedic Surgeons Dr. Susat, & Dr Fuast, long since retired, explained to me my case was beyond their help and i needed a skilled Neurosurgeon. They brought in Dr. Jackson, who after reviewing x-rays and CAT scans, explain that 5th lumbar disk had ruptured, the vertebrae had suffered compression fractures that after healing had grown bone spurs cutting into the disk and nerves. Sciatic nerve was cut nearly half way. Dr. Jackson had a sense of urgency and I was in surgery after only one meeting with him. Not knowing what my future held, I was of course very scared, but to my surprise, after surgery I was not in extreme pain. In fact, no pain at all, and two days after surgery with assistance walked a few steps. I did in time heal and recover fully, Thanks to his skill and the care he gave. Truly changed my life, & walking ever since.

He totally misdiagnosed my husband and should never have operated. His negligence progressed a disease ALS that we had no idea he had.The test before and after his surgery were the same and ALS should have been detected.Husband is now confined to motorized wheelchair with no use of arms and legs waning. The after therapy with electric stimulation also progressed the disease.Dr quit responding to patient once he couldn’t get in MRI successfully due to diaphragm and breathing issue due to surgery. He ruined my husbands life and gave him a finite period of time to live.My life is now that of daily caregiver and no longer a wife. My life is basically over too. We had very close loving relationship and he stole that from both of us. Drs shouldn’t be allowed to play God and not pay the consequences.Tx law prohibits suing dr for compensation to the point no lawyer will take case.Today we live thru 2nd anniversary of mutilating my husband.I hope no one else lets this man ruin their lives.

Dr. Jackson has operated on my back more than once. He is an expert in his field. Patient, on time and personal. My back is a mess, but he has kept me on my feet for quite a few years. Highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr Jackson saved my life. I had a meningioma brain tumor very significant in size and he removed it seamlessly, leaving me free of all possible complications that could have resulted with this type of surgery. I continue to send him annually and will follow up with him for 10 years to be sure there are no reoccurrences. He loves the chocolate donuts from Max’s in Allen TX if your a patient. Such a small gift to provide to him and his amazing staff for saving my life! #forevergrateful

Dr. Jackson improved my quality of life with spinal fusion surgery. He explained the procedure thoroughly, and his healing guidelines were spot on. I am pain free for the first time in 15 years. I can golf, swim and walk daily now. I have recommended him to friends for the same surgery and they have had the same outstanding results.
