Best surgeon ever. My daughter had an accident and the bone in her arm was shattered in 3 pieces. We were told she would possibly lose the functionality of her arm arm. A year later her arm is back to 100% and she is climbing and doing yoga again. Thank you Dr Kertzner

Dr. Kertzner is the worst Doctor I've ever dealt with. His neglect put me out of commission for 5 months and counting. I had to get a second opinion and when I did, I was told by the doctor with the second opinion that if I had seen him first he would had me fixed me up and off pain medication in less than two months. The second doctor offered surgery but explained the risk of nerve damage and at that point he would've had to extract bone graft from my femur. I opted out of the surgery due to the risk of infection and not to mention the pain I would endure. Which leads us right to my next issue. Dr K sent me to pain management cause he did not believe I was in pain any longer. Now all my pain medication is controlled. I did not wish to go through a surgery with this feeling of uncertainty that my pain would be taken seriously or my pain wouldn't be managed properly since it still isn't. On top of all that I'm being subjected to drug tests restricting the use of cannabis. It's inhumane.

Kertzners tkr surgery resulted in mal alignment and leg length discrepancy, causing more pain and less mobility than before surgery. I have excruciating pain daily and am unable to care for myself. Kertzner denies my measurable complaints regarding his competency. He is egotistical and refuses to claim any responsibility for his incompetent. He is a butcher with no conscience.
