I presented with an emergency at the ER and dr Wein was one of the responders. He explained that he'd need to do exploratory surgery. None of the tests identified the abdominal mass so I had to put all my trust and my life in his hands. He was very gentle, empowering, comforting. I know that I asked the same questions repeatedly and he was patient and compassionate. He had his staff follow up and call me daily for weeks once I was discharged. He was responsive and professional.
