There is absolutely no one better than Dr. Martin. I have been his patient for over 10 years. His personality and sense of humor only compliment his expertise in his field. It's my knee he's working to "save" after I chose to go to another, and poorly qualified doctor. He puts me at ease every time I go to see him. I consider myself blessed to be his patient. His office staff is also awesome to work with as their personalities match Dr. Martin's.

Highly recommend Dr. Martin
Dr. Martin has done two surgeries on my knee. A broken patella and torn patellar tendon a few years ago. More recently an arthroscopy for torn meniscus and some arthritis clean up. He's kind and professional. A common sense person. His staff is excellent as well, especially his secretary.

Shoulder tear or frozen shoulder
Dr Martin examed my shoulder and thoroughly explained my options. He offered me a cortisone injection for pain and inflammation. If it doesn't get better, I'll definitely return to Dr Martin for further options.

It has been several years since my encounter with Dr. Martin, but if I could do it over again, I'd ask a lot of questions and seek a second opinion. In short, there was little post-op care and no PT - he wouldn't refer me to anyone and said, "It won't do you any good." Now, I'm left with a lot of pain and a bad limp. (Unfortunately, I can't share a photo of the damage, but if you saw it, I guarantee you'd think twice before going to Dr. Martin!)

I just buried my father in law yesterday as a result of complications from a knee replacement by Dr. Martin. If I could give negative ratings on him I would. Stay away from him like the plague!
