Limited scope of practice
Arrogant. Only interested in doing epidural steroids $$$$. If no improvement, says surgery only other option. No pain meds, PT or acupuncture. Too busy covering multiple facilities to spend time with patients

I was a patient of Dr. Moore's for years. In that time he "burned" the nerve endings in my lower back about six different times. On top of that, he prescribed me hydrocodone, fentanyl, morphine and methadone all at the same time. I ended up in the hospital with a twisted bowl, and I almost died. DO NOT trust this man. He does not care about what prescriptions he is giving out to anybody. After my hospital stay, I never returned to his office. I found a pain free life for myself without any drugs.

This man is an iceberg with zero bedside manner. Piercing eyes and could not care less, never read up on my medical records/history. Arbitrarily decided he didn't like me on sight and gave me a hard time about a certain prescription I take which is MEDICALLY NECESSARY. Staff gives misleading info when you call for an appointment, and also, the office manager directly contradicted the doctor's statements to me. He was reprimanded by the Texas Medical Board for incompetence and negligence.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore for 11 years. He’s knowledgeable and listens. I never feel rushed during an appointment and I NEVER wait hours in the waiting room for my scheduled appointment. I have, and will continue to, recommend Dr. Moore to anyone who has pain management needs. He’s support staff is phenomenal as well!!

Dr Moore was my , trusted, pain mgmnt Dr for almost 4 years until I was given wrong info by his insurance team, thereby, signing up for ins that they didn't take ( through no fault of my own) I therefore, had no option but to see another practitioner and returned for an appt today, having finally gotten the correct ins in place. Dr Moore decided, in his wisdom, not to accept me back as a patient . He laments about his humble beginnings but exhibits a superior attitude which is unforgivable.

Dr. Moore treats a variety of chronic pain related issues, I've been a patient of his since I was 17-18, and have nothing but good things to say about his office. He's done surgical procedures as well as basic pain medicine management and has been with me the whole way. I'm extremely picky about my dr's and he's on a good short list in my book.
