I waited 3 weeks for insurance approval for knee injections. I was told by this office that I was approved and covered. Afterwards, I received a $946 bill. I was told that the office "made a mistake" about my coverage, but ultimately I am "responsible for knowing my insurance"

Dr Glasson is awesome! She fully explained the procedures, therapy, and any adaptations/adjustments including recovery time. I don't like surgery of any kind but ahe made me feel very comfortable and assured. I highly recommend her. (Her physical therapy team at First Colonial are great too!????)

Great care was taken by Dr. Glasson to alleviate pain in my knees. The only problem was the inordinately long waiting room time (probably due to spreading herself too thin amongst her clientele.) Since I'm not a big fan of the waiting game, I switched doctors. But if you don't mind the wait (along with a rude staff who didn't take too kindly to being called out by me regarding the lack of waiting room management), then you will be rewarded with great care.

Dr. Glasson and her staff are top notch! Always friendly and ready to help. The PT staff are excellent and always ensure you are progressing, or else checking to see why progress changed, very professional. Finally, all I can say is they are Very Professional with great patient care. You don't practice medicine on Olympic athletes without great skills...

Everyone was kind and friendly. Dr Glasson did a great job on the operation of my knee. My friends were very pleased with my recovery and how well the operation went. The therapist were very kind and considerate, and made me feel comfortable while they "tortured" me. I did enjoy the therapy even through the pain.

Absolutely Amazing Doctor!! Gracious, calm, professional, caring and interested in my medical condition. Took the time to thoroughly answer my endless questions and make sure I understood everything that was going on. Dr. Glasson spent almost 45 minutes with me which is more time than my PCP has spent with me in the last 4 years combined! Her staff is top notch!! Everyone listens, asks and explains and her Nurse Practitioner is outstanding!! Dr. Glasson has definitely set the gold standard!!

Dr. Glasson, did a great job on my shoulder surgery and her physical Therapy team was totally awesome at getting me back to top shape. Being a trainer often times, we have to be physical and I commend the therapist ,Quanita and Edmond for pushing me towards my goal. It's a very warm and comfortable environment, very sincere and dedicated to their profession. This Team comes highly recommend to all!! Great Job. Mr. Willie Bell Jr

Waited way too long to see her about a bad fracture. Needed surgery for it, but since she didn't do that specific surgery she recommended a colleague who did. Wanted to make sure I got the best care possible for my condition. She even called me at home that evening to let me know she had spoken to the other Dr. and that I was to let his office know that when I called to make the appointment with him (along with the name and number of the person I needed to contact). Extremely professional.
