Bad experience, poor patient care, lack of concer
Dr. Iduru is one of the worst doctors I have ever visited. He obviously considers his time far more valuable than his patients, based on his consistently unacceptable wait times. His tiny waiting room is standing room only and the wait times have been up to 1.5 hours. He gives conflicting results, different information regarding treatment, and is unapproachable. His staff seems to have adopted his poor attitude. Patients are nothing but paychecks to him. He shows zero compassion or concern. He is a disgrace to his profession. My friend accompanied me for a procedure and after the doctor left, my friend said 'time to find a new doctor.' Great advice !

Unkind, harsh, unprofessional, pitiful attitude!
I had to put a star, but does not deserve that at all. Completely unprofessional, rude, entitled attitude, harsh - only cares whether or not his office accepts your insurance! That is the most important conversation his staff will engage in with you. They make false promises that they will take care of the patient only to cancel appointments within short amount of time, leaving you scrambling for help elsewhere! He performed a procedure that requires that HE finishes it, but because of insurance, he would not complete nor provide any guidance on how to move forward. Devastated consequences as a direct result of his (and his staff's) actions. No compassion or consideration whatsoever! Shameful that he calls himself a 'doctor'.

Great Professionalism
Dr. Iduru and his staff were very attentive to my needs, they were kind understanding and asked several times if I had questions or concerns; they exhibited great care, compassion and professionalism. They were on time, well prepared, cheerful, making me feel safe and well cared for. Thank you for doing what it takes to make a difference.

This man lied to me about his credentials, but was a very personable person who performed laparoscopic surgery to "rebuild" my esophageal valve. My reflux got much worse and he assured me his work was a total success. After changing doctors and an exploratory endoscopy, my new doctor found the work to be only partially done and faulty. I would hope this review will keep at least one person from trusting a first opinion from this "questional" expert. Some medical professionals are in the business for their own egos and wallets, and someone graduated medical school at the bottom of his or her class.

Seen the dr. one time he seem nice. His front office staff is very young and very unprofessional. They keep you on hold and don't return to the phone. Unable to take care of the phones & people in the office. I had an appointment scheduled for a procedure and having to deal with the young ladies in his office I canceled it. very sad that you have the young generation running an office that have NO clue how to treat people!
