I have a shoulder issue. I was told to see a back surgeon because the shoulder doc said my pain was due to my neck issues. Had an MRI of both shoulder and neck. Back surgeon said I have arthritis in my neck and I really don’t have pain, but severe pain in my shoulder. He brought in a PA that works with a shoulder replacement surgeon and guess what? I’m a candidate for the procedure. Have been in miserable pain since Dec of 2023 and Dr Miller found the cause. He’s my hero!

Would not recommend this provider
I had a less than productive or pleasant experience with this doctor. He spent less than 4 minutes in the room with me. Did no strength exams, etc. I spent more time with the resident and person who roomed me. The flow of the office was quick, I didn't wait long, but his bedside manner was pathetic. I was not given the chance for questions, I was not listened to and did not feel heard, my concerns were dismissed and I received zero answers for my chronic pain. He did not review the imaging done with he, he just said he reviewed it and claimed it was normal. Horrible experience, very disappointed in this doctor at crystal clinic.

I would and do recommend Dr. Miller.
He sat and talked to us and explained things and is going to research some things to see. What else he can possibly do to help me. I am a very unique case and he is willing to go that extra step to help me. That in my opinion is amazing.

Dr Miller is the absolute best spinal surgeon out there. I almost did not go to him after reading some reviews but I thank God every day that I did! He was very patient, listening to my concerns he went through all my questions did not try to sugar coat the outcome. No One Better
I've used Dr. Miller for 2 procedures over the years. One fairly simple and out-patient, and the more recent one was a bit more complex and required a couple in-patient days. He saw me urgently in the office pre-op due to the severity of my condition. We had a thorough discussion of my options and his best recommendations. Throughout this last intervention the surgery and follow-up care was almost painless, and the resolution of my symptoms was immediate. The work was done at the physician owned orthopaedic hospital recently build for Dr. Miller and his associate physician's specialized needs. Although you can tell it is still in a bit of "shake-down" mode, being so new, it was clean, pleasant, and bedside staff were better than I could have ever expected. I honestly don't know how you could find a better choice for spine work that Dr. Miller. He was pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and skilled. That's what I need when seeing a surgeon, especially a specialist.

Simply best surgeon in the United states. He's performed multiple surgeries on me and fixed those that I had done at Cleveland clinic and laser spine institute. I'll never make the mistake of going to another orthopedic surgeon. Long wait times but now has an excellent office manager, and can get you in sooner if absolute emergency. Highly recommended by my primary care, and also a friend who is a doctor. worth the wait. gave me my life back.

Never even saw Dr. Miller. Ended up with his physician assistant. Had to order further testing and because nothing surgical was found, neither Dr. Miller or his PA called me. They farmed that job out to a secretary. A great disappointment. He did a great job on the surgery I had a few years ago. Too bad they aren't interested in helping you find out what is wrong if it's not surgical. Not even a referral or advice on how to proceed.
