I would give this guy a -1 if it was possible. I went to see him as a company requested 2nd opinion. The 1st Dr. examined me and asked questions about my injury. Dr. Voto didn't touch me or ask questions about my injury. He also sent the 2nd opinion back to my employer saying he had examined me with an assistant in the room. He didn't examine me and no one was in the room with us. If your company requests that you use this unscrupulous Dr, I would fight it. You will not get an accurate and truthful examination. You won't get an examination at all.

Unscrupulous Doctor – Nov 28, 2020

I went to see him for a second opinion for insurance. He claimed on his report that my shoulder had a full range of motion, but yet never checked the range of motion that I did have. Sadly, I was naive and did not take a witness with me. He is a great doctor if you have an insurance company, but not so great if you are looking for an honest doctor.

How can you give a medical opinion about someone's condition without seeing them in person? He looked at just papers and decided that there was nothing wrong. How do you give an opinion on a shoulder when you don't even specialize in shoulder surgery? This is a quack that the BWC uses when they don't want to pay up

Do not trust this man. Had mmi done by him Have recorded our exam and dr voto lied numerous time on his report. Funny not one instrument was used for any measurements or proper factual data. Plus his stated and recorded exam results are totally different. Good thing I took a friend this will help immensely at hearing . This guy will lie thru his teeth with a straight face. Got a second opinion 3 days later with factual data stated revision needed and recommend

Dr Voto did surgery on my shoulder and we had a problem when it came to have my stitches removed instead of doing the right thing he had his assistant cut what was sticking out of my skin so you couldn't see any more of it and left what was in side of my shoulder and to this day the stitches are still in my shoulder. And they were the kind you pull the wire out and to cover it up he lied to me and said that he doesn't use that kind of stitches.with that said I would never trust him!

I had been suffering from knee pain and swelling for sometime. I went to Dr Votto & he stated that he wouldn't know what was wrong until he went in to see, but he assured me that he could fix it. I had a torn meniscus and after surgery, I've been pain free ever since. Thank you Dr Votto
