I thought my shoulder issue was a rotator cuff tear, but another orthopedic doctor insisted that it was a frozen shoulder. My MRI showed a tear, the other physician would only offer me a cortisone injection and therapy. I made an appointment with Dr. Wiseman for a second opinion and he agreed with me that it was not frozen shoulder and surgery would be the best option. I wasn’t having any pain since I had just had a cortisone injection by the other doctor, so Dr. Wiseman said when the cortisone wears off and you are ready let me know and we will get it fixed. Dr. Wiseman continued to follow up with me and checked in with me every month for 4 months until I was finally ready for surgery. Surgery day arrived and the surgical team was amazing! Once in surgery there was a lot more damage than just a 50% tear. Dr. Wiseman fixed it all that day. His team at the office continued to be supportive and responsive while I healed. The team is fantastic and his bedside manner is great!

When it comes to “personable” and raw knowledge of the shoulder, Dr. Wiseman is the best of both worlds. The idea of having surgery/going under can cause many individuals to naturallu experience certain levels of stress & discomfort. But with Dr.Wiseman he makes you feel at ease. You are truly in good hands with he’s running the show!

Horrible practice!! They tell you not to come in if you're feeling ill or have been exposed to someone feeling ill, yet if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, they count that as a no call/no show. They don't tell you that, however, until there's an issue. How hypocritical can you be to tell your patients not to come in during "these circumstances" but when you cancel because of "these circumstances" they hold it against you? I'd be wary about going to this office since they obviously have sick patients coming in for their appointments just so they don't get dinged for cancelling their appointment when they wake up sick in the morning. What kind of practice tells you to abide by these certain rules and then holds you accountable for following their directions? Ridiculous! I wonder if their diagnoses are as contradicting as their policies.
