Good Man, great Doc.
Kind and considerate, Dr. Thuan Dao cares about my pain issues, and overall health. I have myriad questions, and he answers truthfully and honestly. His office is always busy; many people need his services. Front office staff are friendly and quite helpful; they often make *notations* on my appointments to make sure I remember what to speak to Dr. Dao about.

A very kind and companionate doctor. Dr. Dao cares about his patients and treats them with the upmost respect. I had no hope until I found Trinity Pain Management. Dr. Dao's staff is wonderful. They are kind and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Dao. He is giving me back my life.

First of all, regarding the complaint above, these reviews should have a separate category for staff vs. physician reviews. Remember, a doctor can’t fix a problem in the office if he is not made aware of it either, so you need to speak with him about the problem. He is focused on the taking care of the patients and would want to know if you had a problem, so talk to him about it. Dr. Dao is an excellent pain management doctor who spends time talking to patients and will make necessary referrals to find the best way to manage a patient’s condition rather than just handing out a script.

Dr.Daos' staff is his biggest downfall. This is my second month to see the doctor and his staff cannot seem to get my prescriptions taking care of in adequate time. They have put me off for a week, not returned my phone calls that I have made several times a day everyday. They have forgotten about me. So I guess I will see if he is a reflection of his staff.
