Dr. Sahai did a knee replacement for me in 2015. I was back to see him for a right total hip replacement in March 2025. He cares about his patients and answered all my questions regarding this surgery. As I am on my road to recovery from this surgery, I have scheduled to have my left hip replaced in July. Dr.Sahai and all his staff are very caring and delightful to deal with. I know with Dr. Sahai's excellent care and expertise that after I have my left hip done, I will have my life back. Thank you Dr. Sahai for being the person that you are!

Dr. Sahai and his staff are thorough, caring, and upbeat. He listened to my concerns regarding a knee replacement and a later revision by a prior surgeon. He ordered additional tests and went to surgery with a good plan. I was nervous about going through surgery and rehab a third time, and he did all he could to boost my confidence. He replaced both ends again. I knew immediately after surgery that the joint felt 'correct' for the first time in years! I was off the walker after two days, and off the cane in about a week. Handling stairs up and down and other progress is much better than I experienced following the two prior surgeries. Of course, your results may vary, and I can only compare to my prior knee surgeries. Several people recommended Dr. Sahai to me; I wish he had done the first replacement and saved me three years of pain and limitations.

From the very first appointment, you know you are in good hands with Dr. Sahai. He is by far the nicest, most caring doctor we’ve ever encountered. But more importantly, his skill as a surgeon, as well as his bedside manner, are truly superb! He calls you the night before and the day after the surgery. He is so down to earth and easy to talk to. He’s patient and understanding. His whole care team is top notch - Jordan, Alyssa, and Marisa. I’m so glad I went to Dr. Sahai for my knee replacement. My husband also had a knee replacement with him and had excellent results. We highly recommend him.

As a retired healthcare professional, I still have lots of contacts to find the best providers and Dr. Sahai came highly recommended for good reason. He is not only a great surgeon but a kind and caring person. He calls his patients the night before surgery and the day after to assure you are ok at home. Excellent results for both my new knees. His staff is knowledgeable and prompt with any needed follow up.

First hip replacement as well as the second hip replacement three years later experienced outstanding results with a consistent process from diagnosis to post operative recovery and post operative review thirty days later in office follow up.

I had my right knee replaced on November 26, 2024. Dr. Sahai did an amazing job. I went home the same day, was able to lift and bend my right knee the same night onto my bed. My range of motion was very good when the home healthcare PT came in the next day I barely had any pain, maybe a level 2. In one week my home healthcare PT had me using the cane. And by one month I was driving. I have my second knee replacement scheduled for February 25, 2025 and am looking forward to it as I know that Dr. Sahai will again do an excellent job on it. Dr Sahai was everything I hoped for in a physician. He was personable, cared about my problem, made the diagnosis and treated me efficiently and correctly. My pain went from a nine out of 10 to a one out of 10. I also know that he is an incredible surgeon and would highly recommend him for any knee or hip joint replacement that is needed. Dr. Sahai replaced my knee 3 months ago. I had next to no pain post surgery and did not take any prescription pain meds. I stopped the over-the-counter pain meds after one week and still did not have any noticeable pain. I attribute this to Dr. Sahai's skill as a surgeon plus doing prehab PT exercises and walking as much as I could before surgery. Perhaps my results are not typical, but the discomfort from surgery wasn't really any different than what I experienced from 10 years of living with bone-on-bone and a meniscus tear. I highly recommend Dr. Sahai and will choose him again if I have to have my other knee replaced.

Dr. Sahai replaced both my knees in 2024. I highly recommend him! He is very knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed that he called me the night before the surgery to check in on me and then two days after the surgery to see how I was doing. He is compassionate, caring, and the ultra professional! He always takes time on the phone calls and in the appointments to listen carefully and respond. Highly, highly recommend him.

Dr. Sahai replaced my hip in February and my knee in October. He had been recommended to me by several people. It took me a while to get in to see him and even longer to schedule surgery. However, he was well worth the wait. Besides having a wonderful bedside manner he is such a good surgeon. I hope I don’t have to have any more joint replacements, but if I do, I will only want him as my surgeon

After trying everything else and getting referrals to Dr Sahai I can’t say enough good things about him! He is the expert that I was looking for. My surgery and recovery was easier than I expected! I also highly recommend the total joint replacement team at Polaris Orthopedic One for pt!

Dr Sahai was very easy to talk to and showed a genuine interest in my hip pain. He took the time to explain my condition. outline the surgery I needed, and answer any questions I might have. I am now 5 weeks post-op, no longer using a cane, and am totally pain-free. My only regret is not going to see Dr. Sahai sooner. s

Dr. Sahai performed my R total knee replacement on June 4 and will be doing my L on Sept. 24. At 4 weeks post op, I am doing phenomenal and I’m sure it’s attributable to his skilled technique. His bedside manner is so warm and personable and he makes sure that all of your questions have been answered. Dr. Sahai even called me the night before surgery and a couple days after which was so appreciated. I am a nurse and I have worked with a lot of doctors throughout my 38 year career: I have never worked with a doctor who is as down to earth, yet amazingly talented at his craft, as Dr. Sahai!

Dr Sahai is the most caring doctor! He called me at home, before surgery, checked in on surgery day, and then followed up with a phone cal after surgery to make sure I was doing okay. Who has a doctor who makes 3 contacts with the patient like Dr Sahai? I don’t know anyone. He cares about his patient and he takes great pride in making sure the patient has a very successful surgery. He is kind and supportive.

Dr. Sahai is a miracle worker! I had been in pain for almost a year and the moment I woke up from surgery my pain was COMPLETELY GONE. He is on time, professional, and kind. But mostly he is caring. The phone call the night before surgery is above and beyond what other doctors do. He makes you feel heard and that you are very important. This is my second joint replacement with Dr. Sahai and I would never trust anyone else. I cannot say enough! He is the Boss!!!!
