Had multiple visits only treatment I was offered was to cutt a nerve. I feel I got put back on full duty at work way to soon. I relocated my wrist after the er visit because my first appointment was almost a week out and I couldn’t sleep cause it felt awkward. He acted as if he didn’t believe I reset it and the er x rays wasn’t correct. The very first visit was put full duty at work no restrictions. I was unable to work with that hand for a while had constant pain for close to a year. No cast, imobilization, ect. Had a non displaced fracture, complete scaphoid lunate ligament tear, tendinosis, and sublaxing ecu. After over 6-9 months of seeing him and the pain kept increasing to the point I was unable to sleep most nights wo ibuprofen or goody power and his “live with it” treatment plan. I choose to go to another doctor who found most of these problems and gave me a treatment plan to fix my ecu. 6 weeks out surgery and I’m pain free and can do things I wasn’t able to in over a year.

Didn't answer any of my questions or if someone else was in the room with me he would only talk to them more than me. The surgery was rushed and recovery after surgery was awful.

Working on a body part you have no idea about
His attitude . He don’t listen to his patients. If he did he would be a better dr and operate only on what your trained for not something you are not like he did with me . My ankle is all messed up now

Terrible bedside manner, rude and will deny your complaints of pain and discomfort after surgery.

Had a broken arm. Was told Dr. Owens was very good so I went to his office for care. He eventually did surgery to repair my arm. And while I do not have all the function back in my arm after two years it seems to be doing alright. As to Dr Owens, he seems to have no time for anyone. He does not allow you to ask more than one question and does not go in depth explaining your situation. On one visit from the time he stepped into the exam room and out again was less that 1 minute. We were left with so many questions that we had to resort to the internet for answers. If he could develop a pleasant and compassionate bedside manner he might would make a decent doctor.

Excellent physician! I highly recommend this knowledgeable skilled surgeon. I had excellent care with great results with my reverse shoulder replacement. I used Self Rehabilitation at the Laurens Y and am very pleased with my range of motion and use of my arm with no pain. Five stars!
