Disconnected
Went to follow up with labs and address concerns I had, my concerns were not addressed, I was not listened to, no paper work was given for follow up, she talked down to me, she used google multiple times. I will not see her again. It is unfortunate and concerning that UMC has a person with no compassion and what seems like lack of knowledge representing their hospital in the community.
