I really am not sure why this women has the job she has. She is non educated on significant aspects of the illness. She doesn't listen to patients needs as apparently 10 min. every 4 mos. exempts the patient from being validated, heard, respected, out a part of the treatment plan. Unfortunate that she weeks alongside a Dr. Eddy who is so passionate, knowledgeable and professional. She does not possess the ability to resign her ideas and meet patients where they are. Such a bummer!
