We love DrWard but Kristen is what brings this experience to the level that we needed to write a review. She is the most compassionate, caring, intelligent provider I’ve ever seen. My wife and I loved her to death. She is so incredibly knowledgeable in her field and spends so much time answering every question. We dealt with many nurse practitioners and PA’s in the course of the past two years with this diagnosis and she is far beyond any other. Thank you for all you do.

Got a question about your health call the ladies in the office send her the info of what you are asking Kristin will always get back to you. Or sometimes she is right in the office and your question gets answered right away. Always upbeat and smiling. I will always recommend her.

Kristin is a great medical professional in all ways. She has been there since the first appointment and always answered all of my questions and concerns even when I had to call her at 11:30 pm on a Friday night. She has provided me help with dealing with the Short Term Disability Insurance and my physical therapy after having a four level laminectomy. She is very easy to talk to and cares for her patients. Best Nurse Practitioner I have ever been involved with. I also want to commend the whole office staff, they are great along with Dr. Ward who I respect very much.

I needed lumbar surgery because my pain was intense and was getting worse. Nurse Practitioner (NP) Kristin Smith-Roberts was there with me from the day I walked into Dr. Gregory Ward's practice to the end of my surgery and follow up appointments. She has a caring heart and soul even on my worst days she would make me feel better. When I needed to talk to her she would be available if she was not in surgery. I have been to many doctors and nurses, Kristin is a top notch medical professional with outstanding bedside manner. She is on top of her game when it comes to the health of your back and promotes good diet, exercise and plenty of rest for optimal results after surgery. I am so grateful for her because she pulled me through a dark and painful time in my life and credit her! I am healing so well I am able to workout, row and lift weights in a matter of weeks because of her advice and caring nature. I rate NP Kristin Smith-Roberts as a A++ medical professional.
