Decisions made by lay office personnel
Lozada, ARNP is an excellent provider. Unfortunately, the system she is in has non-licensed office staff or MAs (6 weeks training) make important health decisions without consulting the provider. And this critical care nurse is appalled at the inappropriateness of thos decisions. But that is how NCH medical group practices - health care is done by those with 6 weeks of post high school education. That is not sufficient for this person who wants health care and to be seen by licensed providers.

Very poor experience
Very poor experience with this nurse who is uncaring, does not listen to patients, does not answer basic questions, and makes patients feel less than.
