Audiology Technology in Florida

Care Philosophy: Dr Megan Labbe is a Florida licensed Audiologist, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (F-AAA), and a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. In addition, she is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) through which she holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A). Dr Labbe received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando, Florida. At UCF she discovered her passion for hearing and balance. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Audiology from Salus University, Osborne College of Audiology, graduating magna cum laude.

Care Philosophy: Nancy N. Butler, MD MPH is an experienced, accomplished board-certified otolaryngologist. She has recently joined AdventHealth Medical Group at Daytona Beach. Dr. Butler received a Medical Doctorate from the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. She also holds a Master of Public Health degree (Tropical Medicine) from the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Dr. Butler grew up in Hawaii where she completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Hawaii Manoa campus on the island of Oahu. Dr. Butler completed her residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at The Ohio State University. Dr. Butler is widely published in medical journals related to otolaryngology and has presented original research at the American Academy of Otolaryngology. She was indoctrinated into the Alpha Omega Alpha and Delta Omega Delta honor societies for medical school and graduate school, respectively, and is committed to lifelong learning. Her main interest in medicine has been improving access to care and she values knowing her patients well and treating multiple generations from infants to seniors.

Care Philosophy: Carol Clingerman is a board-certified Doctor of Audiology, with experience in both clinical and private practice settings. She specializes in digital signal processing of hearing aid technology. In addition, she has vast experience in audiometric evaluations, hearing aid fittings and verification as well as sales of products such as Bluetooth accessories, ear molds, and noise protection. Dr Clingerman completed her Bachelor of Arts in speech and Hearing Handicapped Education at the State University of New York (SUNY) Cortland. She then attended Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY where she earned her Master of Science in Audiology. She concluded her education at A.T.

Biography: Dr. Caroline Perez, AUD is an Audiologist who practices in Tarpon Springs, FL.

Care Philosophy: Taylor Unger, Au.D. is a board-certified audiologist. He received his doctor of audiology degree from Nova Southeastern University where he graduated with the highest honors. Dr. Unger holds his certificate of clinical competence (CCC-A) with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is board certified with the American Board of Audiology. He is a member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and the American Balance Society (ABS).
