The staff is incompetent, they leave you waiting for 2 hours and then they tell you that they forgot that you were waiting and that the doctor has already left.I was due for biopsia which couldn't be done because the lady forgot she was waiting. I was undergoing treatment so tha biopsy could be done and she just said sorry, schedule another appointment or wait for the doctor to return from a delivery.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! My doctor is leaving her practice, a different practice, not this one, but she referred me to this place. My daughter is having a situation and I called this place and spoke with Elizabeth, to see what we should do. I asked Elizabeth to talk to Dr. Meinhardt and explain the situation and ask her what we should do. No one there would talk to me because we are not established patients yet. I said, so you cannot even ask the doctor if this situation needs immediate attention and she should find somewhere where she goes to college or can it wait until she comes home at Thanksgiving? Nope! Nothing! We cannot talk to you because you are not a patient here! WOW! I will be looking for a place that actually cares about people and situations and not whether or not you are an established patient.
