Dr. Alexandra Goldman, MD

Willing to work with me on an ongoing problem. I have seen 2 other GYN's plus two 'specialists' and she has been the most helpful1

Arrived more than 2 hrs late to natural baby delivery, very unprofessional.

I was called back by my mammography facility and scheduled for an appt for further diagnostics. They need a dr. to write orders. Facility called Dr Goldman's office for 5 days with no response, I called and was told Dr. Goldman won't write an order bc you haven't been seen recently. Took forever to get someone to pick up phone, had to select # for billing just to get someone to answer at office. So, Dr. won't write orders even though I'm a current patient and she is PUTTING MY HEALTH IN JEOPARDY by making me wait to get an exam just so she can write the order.All about money apparently and nothing to do with the health of her patients! I will find a new dr. if I have to wait for an appt. Do Not go to this dr. if you want to be cared for properly!!

Dr. Goldman is someone I trust whole heartedly to make the most educated and empathetic decision. She was my OB for 2 pregnancies (back to back). She was very understanding when it came to mental health and had great tips to make delivery as smooth as possible. Typically Drs visits give me anxiety. I was always fine in her office! She is upbeat, funny, understanding and overall I can’t see myself going to anyone else! Her staff is (almost) as great as her!

Dr. Goldman is is great! She has an upbeat energy, but comes off easy-going, which I really appreciate. Going to the doctor always makes me nervous, but her vibe instantly lightens the mood. Looking forward to having her as my OBGYN for years to come.

I am not one to leave a review, but after my appointment with Dr. Goldman I wanted to save anyone else looking for an OBGYN. I have never experienced worst bedside care. She was beyond rude, unsympathetic, and was not interested in having a conversation about my questions. I am TTC and struggling and that is never easy. As an OB, I believe you should be the most understanding in this, however Dr. Goldman insisted that I was overreacting. When explaining that I wanted to look into all the tests, she rolled her eyes and explained multiple times that it wasn't necessary. In my opinion, she should agree it's not a bad thing to get tested and help in anyway she can. If i'm willing to pay the money and do all the things, then support me. Tell me I am not crazy and understand my point of you. SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT GO TO HER! I promise you will regret it when you leave with no answers and a low self esteem.

Although Dr. Goldman seems to be a good doctor, she is also unbending in her opinions about childbirth. I was hoping that such a highly rated doctor would have the wisdom and compassion to support my choices about my labor and work with me. I understand that she needs to make clear the risks of non-hospital births, but she was also adamant that she was not willing to take the risk of making herself liable for a non-hospital birth, and stated that she didn't know of any obgyn who would support and attend a non-hospital birth. (Not true, obgyns do so in birthing centers.) When I brought up birthing centers she stated they were basically the same as hospitals so I might as well have a hospital birth. (again false) If a hospital birth is your choice, then I'm sure she is a great doctor, but since it is not mine, she spent most of the visit trying to convince me otherwise. I cannot say I'd recommend her to like minded mothers-to-be.

AWFUL!

Dr. Goldman is very informative, well educated and very helpful. I have always had great expirences with her. I have been going to her for years and never had to wait a long time to be seen, She is a OB so I’m sure things come up to where she has to sometimes rush away, but that’s kind of a no brainer, right? I highly recommend her to my friends and family, and everyone I know has also, always had a good expirance.

I saw Dr Goldman two weeks ago I was very disappointed. Very insensitive and her answer to most of my questions was "I don't know " not what you expect to ear from your doctor. She needs to find a better job.

Unfortunately trying to get an appointment or medication refill with her practice is horrible. Front office staff are nice enough but very disorganized and seem to be "overwhelmed" as they cannot complete a task when they say they will. I first came to this practice over a year ago and took 3 weeks to make an appointment only for them to cancel it that morning I was in the office. "rescheduled" and waited over an hr at the next appt. Will not be making further appointments with this practice

She is friendly, bubbly and very knformative about everything she does. She's called on multiple occasions to check on me or personally let me know test results. She always takes questions and concerns very seriously and investigates them thoroughly. Awesome OB/GYN!

She's awesome! Takes time with patient like they're her only one. Very knowledgeable and helped me immensely!

I love Dr. Goldman!!!! She is so personable and made me feel so comfortable. She is very knowledgeable in her field and you can tell that she has a passion for her work and patients.
