Dr. O'Connell is the best doctor we could ever have hoped for. She is an excellent clinician, engaged, explains things well and very good with my daughter. If Dr. O'Connell is running late it is because she was dealing with a very sick child prior to our appt. that required extra care. The staff are nice too. I love the way they always answer the phone, take down every message, get back to me with follow up calls. The Nurses and staff are A+++

Dr. O'Connell is very nice and good with kids. My one complaint is that she only works 2 days a week and cancels frequently. The last appointment she cancelled the office never had the curtesy to even call. I think the office is poorly managed. I always get the feeling that we are just a number and their main goal is quantity not quality. The wait times when you are in the office are unacceptable. The office staff is overworked and not professional.
