Good basic understanding in his field. No special patient rapport. Office staff very rude and unpleasant, which colors the office experience.
Very awkward and difficult to schedule appointments; left "on hold" as soon as the phone is answered.

Dr. Reiner saved my life! I had terrible lower back pain from a littany of issues including spinal stenosis, arthritis and herniated discs. Dr. Reiner suggested an epidural and literally gave me my life back. He is kind, gentle and patient with his patients. Definitely see him for your pain management needs!

I have been to Dr. Reimer several times for both pain in the knees and back. He has always been kind, courteous and responsive. Treatment worked. I even took my elderly father to him and he was exceedingly patient in explaining the problem and what could be done about it. I would definitely recommend (and have already recommended) Dr. Reimer to my friends and family.

I went to the doctor with lower back pain. His examination was basically nonexistent. He looked at x-rays from over three years ago. I had to insist he feel my back, which he thought was unnecessary. He also told me new x-rays weren't needed. He wrote script for physical therapy. Two months later I went to another doctor who immediately took x-rays and an MR I. I had herniated disks and impinged nerves. Dr Reimer was quick, rude, dismissive and arrogant. You go to him at your own risk!

After seeing this doctor for a couple of times I never went back. He talks down to pts, he is very disrespectful & he NEVER GETS THE INJECTION IN THE JOINT. He doesn't like if you (the Pt), tells him the needle wasn't even close to the area where the pain was. DR. REIMER IS A BIGGER PAIN, THEN THE JOINTS IN MY BACK WERE. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!!!.

On August 25th, 2016 I saw Dr. Reimer for an ESI. Epidural Spinal Injection. It was the 2nd appointment I had with him and it was a pleasant experience. He was concerned about my comfort throughout the entire procedure which took about 10 minutes. I can't comment on whether or not the shot will be successful, but I will say my overall experience was a very good one. I highly recommend him.

I never saw Dr. Reimer. After showing up in his office at 8:50 AM for a 9:20 AM appointment, I filled out my paperwork and waited until 9:50 AM.
I asked the receptionist about the wait. Got a rude response that she would have to find out. I sat down, waited, noticed she wasn't addressing my question and asked again. Another extremely rude response.
I overheard that Dr. Reimer scheduled 3 appointments before 9:20 AM and shows up at 9:00 AM. Bad appointment management and terrible staff.

Dr Reimer is brash, rude and pompous. He looks and talks down on the patient as though he is above everyone. He communicates tactlessly in a berating manner to the patient. He is supposed to treat pain, but my encounter with him was just as painful as the pain I was hoping to be treated for.
A very regrettable and painful experience indeed. I will never go back (for more punishment).
