Not very honest.........
I waited five weeks for an EMG test after my initial appointment. The test was conducted by an associate who bluntly told my wife and I 'you have ALS...Dr. Diamond will call you later.' Diamond never called me. I called the office the next day and, eventually, he called me back. 'The test was inconclusive...' Upon going to another doctor and obtaining Diamond's office notes, I saw they clearly indicated I had ALS.So...I waited FIVE weeks for the EMG test and then was treated coldly and with little compassion or empathy. Plus, I was misled and given false hope with an 'inconclusive' comment. This isn't the way it should be.

Peripheral Neuropathy
Dr. Diamond did not show and compassion for the fact that my neuropathy in my feet and hands is very debilitating. He also had no advice and did not know how to help me.

Very responsive
After visits to the ER and 2 other doctors I visited Dr. Diamond for an opinion. I had pain, loss of feeling and weakness in both legs, getting worse. He suggested looking further up the spine and ordered further MRI tests. They clearly showed a tumor.Through his personal efforts Dr. Diamond had me in front of a top surgeon less than 2 days after the diagnosis (on a day that the surgeon was out of office!)If not for his intervention this matter could have gotten much worse. Many thanks.

Rude office staff that doesn’t do their job. I’ve been trying for 6 months to get a drug pre authorized that Dr. Diamond prescribed that works for my migraines and his staff can’t just simply fill out a piece of paper for the pharmacy or insurance company. This is completely inexcusable and unacceptable for a doctor’s office to behave this way. The staff is rude, they lie, the phone never gets answered and when you do get someone they just raise their voice and over talk you. Horrible experience.

Good Doctor, Terrible Office
Have been seeing Dr. Diamond for annual checkups for years. Happy with his care. I dread dealing with his office staff. I've hesitated to say anything in the past because the woman who makes appointments (C_____) sounds so tired and miserable that I didn't want to add to her burden. But just got off the phone with her again and she is just about the worst customer-facing person I've dealt with in a long time. Not that it matters under managed care, but I just wonder (especially in light of reading other feedback here) how many patients this practice has lost over the years because of her. I changed my PCP once because the office staff were so incompetent. I'm going to be looking around for another neurologist now. Sorry, I can recommend the doctor but not his practice. And, no, I've never said anything to the doctor. If she's been doing this so long, she's obviously protected in some way.

the office staff have no compassion for patients. They don’t care to help and show no empathy. cold and disinterested. I remember I had tears in my eyes because I was suffering so much and the girls showed they couldn’t care less.

I was able to get an appointment with him and saw him. After 3 phone calls to him and being told by the office that they would send him a note to call me back I have not received a phone call back. This has been going on for over 3 weeks. Therefore I would not recommend him.

Getting highly disappointed the office has not called me back with my pharmacy emailing and texting me that Dr. Diamond needs to send them a new prescription due to the fact that I am low. The office says it is my pharmacy but I am beginning to believe ot os the office with as many messages that I have left with no return call.

Awful, incompetent neurologist. Erroneously diagnosed my father in law with Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease despite clinical evidence. Was more interested in drugging him up so he wouldn't complain instead of dealing with his obvious neurological decay. See this doctor only if you're interested in malpractice.
