Dr. Richard Eisenman, MD

I left a meeting early to get to this appointment. I waited for over an hour Should be taken back to exam room. Then I waited another 20 to 30 minutes before the doctor came in. When he came in he ridiculed me because I was five months early for my next colonoscopy. I explained that his receptionist had told me that it was time to come in when I called. He very rudely calculated the math involved. He mocked me for not doing the math myself. He left after about five minutes. He said that the man who was left remaining in the room would explain everything to me. The man left with me asked: is this your second colonoscopy? I said yes. That was it. He said I would get all the instructions in writing when I checked out.

I have been with Dr. Richard E. for over 10 years now, and he has always taken time to fully explain and listen to my issues. He takes a conservative approach and all procedures done in the on site facility is top notch and on time. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch gastro doctor

Had initial consultation and a proceedure done , all on the premises. Very satisfied. The proceedure team was excellent in bedside manners and they offered before and after information that left me very relaxed.

Yes I would recommend Dr Eisenman without hesitation, Professional, Knowledgeable, and his whole staff is excellent. Dr Eisenman took his time to explain anything I had a question about. The facility is state of the art and clean . The equipment used is of excellent quality and each department in the facility worked like a team and provided an excellent experience. Dr Eisenman has all the right tools needed to take care of his Patients properly.
