Care Philosophy: Dr. Miller was inspired to become a doctor after observing how much satisfaction his father obtained from a career in medicine. He was drawn to the field of colon and rectal surgery because of the variety of patients and problems that he sees on a daily basis and because the majority of the patients present in distress and invariably obtain some relief after undergoing treatment. When it comes to complicated diseases, Dr. Bayasi practices a multidisciplinary approach. This means involving other specialties to make sure patients get the best treatment option available. Dr. Bayasi specializes in minimally invasive surgery and robotic surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and The American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons. Outside of his practice, Dr. Bayasi enjoys playing tennis, hiking, spending time outdoors and traveling with his family.

Care Philosophy: In addition to treating many aspects of general surgery, Dr. Meikle focuses his practice on the expert treatment of benign and malignant diseases of the colon, rectum and anus. He is keenly aware of the apprehension that many patients may feel when they need to see a physician for a colorectal surgery problem and strives to make the patient feel as comfortable as possible throughout their treatment course. He enjoys spending time with patients to ensure they fully understand their individual surgical plan. Dr. Meikle has particular interest in minimally invasive/robotic surgery using the DaVinci Xi robotic system for the treatment of colon and rectal cancer as well as benign disease. He also performs diagnostic and screening colonoscopies.
