Sunghyun Yoon is the Chief of the Division of Surgical Oncology and Vice-Chair of Surgical Oncology Research and Education in the Department of Surgery at Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC). Dr. Yoon is a national and international expert in the treatment of patients with sarcomas and other soft tissue tumors, gastric (stomach) and gastroesophageal cancers, gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs), and melanoma. He also has over 18 years of experience in the treatment of other gastrointestinal and abdominal tumors, hepatobiliary tumors, neuroendocrine/adrenal tumors, lymphomas, and spleen tumors. Biography: James McKiernan, MD, is the John K. Lattimer Professor of Urology, and CEO, of ColumbiaDoctors. He also is the interim dean of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. McKiernan graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a BA in biology and received his MD from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his training in urology and general surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, followed by a urologic surgical oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Biography: Dr. Stein is an Associate Professor of Medical Oncology at Columbia University Medical Center. He is a recognized expert in field of genitourinary oncology treating patients with prostate, kidney, bladder and testicular cancers. He is also a member of the Experimental Therapeutics program, investigating novel therapies across all solid tumors. In addition to providing standard therapies for the treatment of genitourinary cancers such as hormonal therapy, molecularly targeted therapy and chemotherapy, Dr. Stein leads multiple investigator initiated and industry sponsored clinical trials. Dr. Assal completed his medical education and internal medicine training at NYU School of Medicine. He was also a hospitalist in the department of medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center caring for patients with a variety of cancer diagnoses, including stem cell transplant patients. Dr. Assal completed a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine where he also served as chief fellow. Biography: Dr. Rosenzweig is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Pediatrician at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Rosenzweig completed her undergraduate work at Emory University. She received her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She conducted her residency in Pediatrics at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and her fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology at the joint program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and NewYork-Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center. She is board certified in General Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.Dr. Rosenzweig specializes in treating children and adolescents with leukemia and lymphoma, including acute lymphoblastic leukemia, acute myelogenous leukemia, Hodgkin lymphoma and Non-Hodgkin lymphoma.Dr. Rosenzweig's clinical and research interests lie in identifying new treatments for children with leukemia. She is particularly interested in identifying novel targeted therapies. She is a member of the Children's Oncology Group.

Biography: Dr. Shipra Kaicker is an Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medicine and Associate Attending Pediatrician at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Her clinical areas of interest are pediatric hematology, platelet disorders, immune cytopenias, anemias, sickle cell disease and bone marrow failure syndromes. She is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology-Oncology. Dr. Kaicker received her M.B.B.S. degree at Lady Hardinge Medical College at the University of Delhi, New Delhi, India. She completed her M.D. and Pediatric Residency at Maulana Azad Medical College, also at the University of New Delhi, where she also served as Senior Registrar (Chief Resident) in Pediatrics. Dr. Kaicker expanded her training in New York City, where she completed a Post-Doctoral Clinical Fellowship and Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship, both in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology, at Columbia University Medical Center, and an additional Pediatric Residency at Saint Vincent's Medical Center. Dr. Kaicker is a clinical researcher and is participating in clinical trials for childhood immune thrombocytopenia as part of ICON ( ITP Consortium of North America) and collaborating with basic science researchers to identify biomarkers in childhood ITP

Biography: Dr. Gulati obtained her medical degree from Seth G.S. Medical College and K.E.M. Hospital in Mumbai, India, followed by a pediatrics residency at SUNY Downstate Medical center. She completed my pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship at the joint program between New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. She then went on to complete a year of specialized training in Pediatric lymphoma and Histiocytosis at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children's Hospital Cancer and Hematology Centers in Houston, Texas. Dr. Gulati subsequently joined the lymphoma and histiocytosis team as an Assistant professor and worked there between 2019-2023.Dr. Gulati's research and clinical interests focus on identifying pathogenic mechanisms of pediatric lymphoma and histiocytosis through collaborative and comprehensive research projects that look at the histologic, molecular, and genomic features of these diseases with the ultimate goal of identifying potential novel therapeutic targets.Dr. Gulati is an active member of the pediatric non-Hodgkin lymphoma committee of the children's oncology group and serves as the vice-chair on the upcoming first of its kind trial for relapsed L.C.H. conducted by the C.O.G. She is an active member of the North American Consortium for Histiocytosis (NACHO) and a steering committee member of the INTO-HLH.

Biography: Jedd Wolchok, MD, PhD, FASCO, is the Meyer Director of the Sandra and Edward Meyer Cancer Center at Weill Cornell Medicine. Dr. Wolchok was most recently Chief of the Immuno-Oncology Service and held The Lloyd J. Old Chair in Clinical Investigation at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and remains Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Wolchok is a clinician-scientist exploring innovative immunotherapeutic strategies in laboratory models, and a principal investigator in numerous pivotal clinical trials. Dr. Wolchok helped establish immunotherapy as a standard approach to cancer treatment and was instrumental in the clinical development leading to the approval of ipilimumab and the combination of nivolumab and ipilimumab for advanced melanoma. He supervises an NIH R01-funded basic science laboratory which is focused on investigating novel immunotherapeutic agents in pre-clinical laboratory models. The focus of his translational research laboratory is to investigate innovative means to modulate the immune response to cancer as well as to better understand the mechanistic basis for sensitivity and resistance to currently available immunotherapies. Dr. Wolchok received his BA degree from Princeton University, and his MS, PhD and MD degrees from New York University. Dr. Wolchok has received numerous honors for his work including: American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Richard and Hinda Rosenthal Memorial Award, the Giants of Cancer Care in Melanoma Award, the Berson Alumni Achievement Award in Clinical and Translational Science and the Zelmanovich Young Alumni Achievement Award from NYU Grossman School of Medicine, the Alfred Taubman Prize for Excellence in Translational Medical Research (Univ of Michigan) and has been designated a Fellow of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (FASCO). Most recently, he has been awarded the the Distinguished Alumni Award at MSK, the AACR-Joseph H. Burchenal Award for Outstanding Achievement in Clinical Cancer Research, the ESMO Award for Immuno-Oncology and the David Karnofsky Award from ASCO. Dr. Wolchok has served on the Board of Directors of ASCO and the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) and currently is the Treasurer of SITC. He is an elected member of the American Society for Clinical Investigation (ASCI) and the Association of American Physicians (AAP) and is Chair of the Melanoma Committee for the ECOG-ACRIN NCI cooperative group. He is a full member of the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research and center director for the Parker Institute of Cancer Immunotherapy.

Biography: Dr. Despina Siolas received her Bachelor of Science with summa cum laude honors from St. John's University. She attended medical school at Stony Brook University, where she was awarded the prestigious E-Trade Financial Scholarship from the Hellenic Medical Society of New York. In addition to her MD degree, Dr. Siolas is the recipient of a Doctor of Philosophy in Genetics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook for studies she conducted in the lab of Greg Hannon PhD, Howard Hughes Medical Institute Professor, at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. She completed her internal medicine residency training and hematology/oncology fellowship at NYU Langone Health. In addition to treating patients, Dr. Siolas conducts research on cancer genes that influence the immune microenvironment using preclinical models of pancreatic cancer and colon cancer. She has authored numerous publications and has received a prestigious Mentored Clinical Scientist Research Career Development Award (K08) from the National Institute of Health. She is a member of the American Society for Clinical Oncology, the American Association for Cancer Research, and American Medical Association, and Hellenic Medical Society.

Biography: Andrew Eisenberger graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Philosophy in 1992 and received his MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2001. Dr. Eisenberger did his residency in internal medicine at Montefiore Medical Center, where he served for a year as chief resident. He then completed his fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Eisenberger embraces his role as a medical educator: for medical students, physicians in training, colleagues and patients alike. The Columbia University Vagelos School of Physicians and Surgeons' Hematology course has been under his leadership for more than a decade, and he recently became an associate program director of the University's Hematology/Oncology post-doctoral fellowship program. Dr. Eisenberger was inducted into the Medical Center's Academy of Clinic Excellence in 2018. His clinical practice currently focuses on the diagnosis and management of complex bleeding and clotting disorders, particularly in unique populations such as pregnant women and critically ill hospitalized patients. He also has extensive experience with difficult-to-manage blood disorders including antiphospholipid antibody syndrome (APLS), heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT), immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA), thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), hematologic complications of solid organ transplantation and myeloproliferative neoplasms.
