Biography: Dr. Michael L. Petranek is a native of the Washington, D.C. area. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology at Brigham Young University and continued his education at the California College of Podiatric Medicine where he earned a Doctorate in Podiatric medicine graduating as the Salutatorian. He completed a three-year surgical residency program at INOVA Fairfax and Georgetown University Hospitals.
